Procedure And Requirements For Sending Human Remains To Nepal

المستندات المطلوبة عند وفاة  النيبالي بغرض ارسال الجثمان الى بلادة

Inform the Embassy of Nepal and the family in Nepal by letter about the death

اخطار  سفارة مملكة النيبال بابوظبي  خطيا بالوفاة وكذلك اسرة المتوفي  بالنيبال

In case of accidental death, letter from the company mentioning that they will follow to recover the blood money/insurance.

في حالة الوفاة بسبب حادث  عمل / حادث مرور ، يجب تسليم  السفارة خطاب من جهة الاستخدام تبين متابعتها  لمبلغ التعويض / الدية من الجهات المعنية

Receive police report (copy)

استلام نسخة عن تقرير الشرطة

Receive death certificate and medical report from the hospital or concerned authority

استلام  شهادة الوفاة والتقرير الطبي من المستشفى

Inform concerned officials of UAE government

اخطار جهات الاختصاص بالامارة خطيا

Obtain exit visa from immigration

عمل تأشيرة ( ألغاء  الاقامة) على جواز سفر المتوفي. ادارة الجوازات

Settle the legitimate dues.

تصفية مستحقات المتوفي  لدى مكتب العمل

Inform insurance company for compensation as per the UAE law

أخطار شركة التامين  وفقا لقوانين العمل المعول بها

Submit the official English translation of death certificate, medical report and police report to the Embassy for attestation

ترجمة شهادة الوفاة والتقرير الطبي وتقرير الشرطة  ترجمة قانونية  وتصديقها من السفارة

Receive No-objection Certificate from the Embassy upon receipt of the above-mentioned documents

استلام شهادة عدم الممانعة  من ارسال الجثمان الى بلادة  من السفارة ودفع الرسوم المقررة

Submit all documents to the air cargo with family address in Nepal

تقديم المستدات أعلاة للشحن الجوى مع أعلان المتوفي في النيبال

Inform the family to contact airline's office (carrier) in Nepal to give their acceptance for receiving the body upon arrival.

اخطار أهل المتوفي لمراجعة مكتب الخطوط الجوية ( الشاحن

في النيبال بغرض موافقتهم لاستلام الجثمان عند الوصول

All belongings should be sent with the body

أغراض المتوفي  تشحن مع الجثمان

Arrange to deposit the money in the name of "Embassy of Nepal, Abu Dhabi, UAE" in order to send dues to the legal heirs of the deceased in Nepal

عمل شيك مصرفي بأي مبالغ تخص المتوفي  باسم  سفارة  المملكة النيبالية – ابوظبي  حيث يتم  ارسالها الى ورثة المتوفي بالنيبال

Passport copy and Letter of Will of the person who will accompany the dead body

نسخة عن جواز سفر المرافق  ورسالة اقرار منة
