'Demand Letter', 'Power of Attorney', 'AGENCY Agreement' and other
related documents
Notes:
Documents which are to be attested by the Embassy should be attested from the Chamber of commerce of UAE prior to submitting to the Embassy. Alternately, documents may also be attested by the authorized public notaries or Foreign Ministries of the UAE.
Documents to be attested should be submitted along with a photocopy of each.
Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any document submitted for attestation.
For Female workers: -
- Guarantee letter from the Employer Company in UAE for the security and safe accommodation of the female workers.*
- The other procedures are same as above.

Dear Sir,
I/ we have appointed Mr./Messer's……(Name and address of the recruiting agency)…as our true and lawful attorney in Nepal for processing and recruiting manpower according to our demand letter No...Dated…
Therefore, I would like to request you to kindly authenticate the demand letter, power of attorney and……. I would like to assure you that the copies of final individual service contracts along with the information regarding the details of placements after the selection of the candidates would be made available to the Embassy.
